Undergraduate Speaker Series

The CxC Undergraduate Speaker Series offers students the opportunity to hear from prominent public figures about the role of communication across various professions. Each semester, five to seven speakers are scheduled.

Speakers have included: Russ Porter, Vice President and Special Counsel, Alcoa; Ted Smyth, Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate and Government Affairs, H.J. Heinz Company; Aimee Sanders, M.D., M.P.H, Chief Resident of Internal Medicine, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center; and Linda Dickerson, Principal, 501 (c)(3)2, a non-profit management consulting firm, to name just a few.

This year over 300 students in total attended the speaker series.
